Franchise office of a well-known tour operator working on a hunch.

We have:

  1. Created the development strategy for the travel agency, focusing on technological effectiveness and customer service.

  2. Worked out a selling template for every touch of the client: SMS notifications via CRM, conversations, scripts of phone sales.

  3. Developed staff motivation system and thorough job instructions; upgraded the staff’s skills.

  4. Solved operational problems.

Result:

We created and maintained a loyal customer base in conditions of banks and tour operators’ failures and fierce competition.

We opened the second office under a different franchise.
